In 4-6 weeks, we build a custom intake system around the way your firm actually works, so more of the people who contact you show up, understand your fees, and hire you.
30 minutes. See if it’s right for you and leave with a clear estimate.
Someone fills out your form on Tuesday. Nobody calls until Thursday, and by then they’ve booked with someone else. Or they ghost after the first conversation and never hear from you again. You know your team should follow up within minutes, but you have a firm to run.
Half your consults don’t show. Of the ones who do, many don’t know what a good estate plan costs, or what a trust even is. You spend the first 30 minutes educating someone who was never going to hire you in the first place.
Names, emails, and notes typed into one system, then re-typed into another. Leads sitting in your CRM that nobody has time to dig through.
Compare chaotic manual follow-ups vs. a custom GrowthOS pre-education system.
Your team spends ~75 hours/month manually re-typing leads, phone-tagging ghosts, and answering price questions.
GrowthOS frees up ~69 hours/month for billable legal client work.
Every hour you spend explaining why a trust isn’t $200 is an hour you aren’t billing for real work, or sitting at your daughter’s soccer game.
You didn’t go to law school to become a salesperson. Or to run a call center. You went to help people protect their legacies. But when your intake is a mess, the bargain hunters and tire kickers crowd out the families who actually need you.
What you want is to have all your shit together. We can help with that.
Most marketers start with ads and traffic. We think that’s nuts. It's like pouring water into a bucket full of holes. It doesn’t matter how much you pour in until you plug the holes.
So we do it backwards. Find the moment someone gives you money, then fix everything right before that. We think the most important thing that a firm can have is a buttery smooth intake process.
For an estate planning firm, that moment is the initial consult: they decide whether they like you and trust you, they sign your engagement letter, and then they cut a check. That's where we start.
At the end of the engagement, you own a custom intake system that includes:
So prospects book the right consult right away without back-and-forth email tag or wrong calendar slots.
For estate planning, that means videos on the cost of doing nothing, what a trust is, what a will is, who should be your trustee, what it costs, and whether you need to update your plan afterward.
See who watched what before the consult. For instance, if someone skipped the pricing video, you know that you may need to spend a little extra time there during your discovery call.
Your existing lead list is cleaned up and imported so those 400 forgotten leads are finally findable, organized, and ready for re-engagement.
Once someone signs and pays, their information is pushed directly into your practice management software, so nobody retypes data twice.
We hear from our clients that their prospects show up on their call and say, "Oh my god, I feel like I already know you!"
And that's what you need, too.
Other companies license a “proprietary system” that some marketer dreamed up, then cram your firm into it. It doesn’t work, because your firm isn’t theirs. We build software around the processes you already have. No documented processes? We’ll help you create them.
We work with many of our clients for years after the initial buildout. Every build uncovers a "wishlist". Automated follow-up and reminders, landing pages, webinar and seminar signups, integrations with other systems, AI agents, a website redesign, phone systems. We can help you with all of those things after we fix your intake process. It's about knowing the next best thing and prioritizing it.
| Metric | Industry Chaos (I mean, average) | GrowthOS Goal |
|---|---|---|
| Consult Show Rate | 40-50% | 85%+ |
| Average Case Value | $800 (Wills) | $3,500-$7,000 (Trusts) |
| Admin Time per Lead | 3+ Hours | < 15 Minutes |
A lead is a person who clicked a button. A pre-sold client has watched your educational videos, has seen what you charge, and has booked a time that works for both of you.
In other words, they show up already trusting you and ready to move forward.
We ask a lot of questions about how your firm runs, from first inquiry to signed engagement letter. By the end of the call, you’ll know whether we’re a good fit, and you’ll have a clear estimate of the work we'll do together and what it will cost.
We meet every week, and every week there’s work on both sides: homework for you, building for us. Plan on 1-2 hours a week in meetings so we can understand your business, plus about an hour of homework. Whether it takes 4 weeks or 6 depends on how many services you offer, how much availability we get, and how quickly the homework comes back. If we’re waiting a week on a piece of information, we’ve lost a week.
You walk away with a working intake system. From there you can keep building with us, or move to support-only: we train your team, and you decide when and how to use our support team.
If you decide in the first 30 days that we’re not right for you, and you’ve done your homework and shown up for our meetings, we’ll tear up your first invoice. We’ll also cover the cost of the software for those 30 days.
Because every build is fully custom, we don't take on more than that.
The initial 4-6 week build is the same either way.
This plan is super flexible — we can work with any budget or timeline, as fast or as slow as you need.
Software included. We become part of your team.
“I came to Brian and team eight years ago with a long list of ideas and everything I’d heard I needed to do for digital marketing. Instead of selling me a package, they asked who my audience was and how we could reach them on a budget that made sense. It has never been cookie-cutter. It’s always been ‘what do you need to be successful in your business?’ They’re responsive, creative, and always asking the questions that help us find what I actually need. If you want to grow but feel overloaded by all the advice out there, this is the group to work with.”
“Working with Leadli has been very easy. I’m not your super tech girl, but I’m not low tech either. I’m mid tech. I can dream up whatever I want, then speak to their programming team, and they figure out how it’s built. I get to stay in the visionary role without getting in the weeds of ‘if I click here, it needs to go there.’ When you’re looking for that white-glove experience, hands down, Flying Leap Studio is where you should go.”
In 30 minutes, we’ll learn how your firm runs, tell you honestly whether we’re a fit, and give you a clear estimate. Only 2 spots open for November.
